Detroit church building built in the early 1950s. The space has received several upgrades, including plumbing and electrical updates, men and women's bathrooms, as well as a first floor easy-access restroom. The sanctuary is large and can easily fit 250-300 people. The church was most recently used as event space. The basement has a stage area, and a full kitchen area with plenty of gathering space. Newer roof, refinished floors, paint, and window repairs. Additional vacant lots available if desired. A school building is attached to the church, and provides additional space for parking next to the church. Additional lots available if needed.
